PDP ISEE Activity

My most recent Teaching involves inquiry (self questioning) based methodologies bestowed upon me from the Institute for Scientist and Engineering Educators (ISEE) workshops during their  Professional Development Program (PDP) to expose students to an interactive learning experience. I have had the honor of being the Design Team Lead to redesign an astronomy lab in the Astrophysical & Planetary Sciences Department at the University of Colorado. We taught this lab in the Fall semester of 2014. More information is in Previous Teaching.

I have been a mentor for research projects in Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (SAO Solar Physics REU and SAO Astrophysics REU) and Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP-NSO Solar and Space Physics REU).
